Refund Policy

At TisTos, we offer a free version of our product so you can explore it before choosing a paid plan. We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to billing.

Subscription Refunds

We offer full refunds on paid subscriptions if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds requested after this period may not be eligible.

Please note:

  • Refunds apply to the initial purchase only. Renewals and upgrades are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside this policy or show signs of abuse.

  • Your order or invoice number
  • The email used for purchase
  • A brief explanation of your request

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback — we're happy to help.
