At TisTos, we offer a free version of our product so you can explore it before choosing a paid plan. We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to billing.
Subscription Refunds
We offer full refunds on paid subscriptions if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds requested after this period may not be eligible.
Please note:
- Refunds apply to the initial purchase only. Renewals and upgrades are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside this policy or show signs of abuse.
