1. What cookies and similar technologies are

We use the third-party services below to understand how the Services are used and to show and measure ads. 5. Pages and content published by our users

The Services let users publish their own pages and content, including on their own domains and under their own branding. When you visit content published by a TisTos user, that content, and any tools, embeds, analytics or ads the user has added, may set or allow cookies of their own. The user who published the content is responsible for the cookies it uses and for the notices and consent that the law requires. Please contact that user, or check the policies shown on their page, if you have questions about it.

We may also set technical cookies and similar technologies on such pages, for example to deliver the page, protect the Services and, where permitted, provide analytics to the user who owns the content, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your consent and choices

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: we set non-essential cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, only if you give your consent. Without consent, we do not use analytics cookies, and ads are not personalized and may be limited or not shown.
US states with privacy laws: you may opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing of your data for advertising. We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires it.
